In the 3rd year in Bachelor, I was the team leader of 'Passion21' project, which is part of 'Photo organisation in mass communication production' module. In the end, we were able to publish one issue, even the project just last for almost 2 months.

I was so proud to work with 32 students in K32- Faculty of Photojournalism. Passion21 was a showcase for us to write, discuss and share options about Fashion photography.

What did I learn from this project?

Communication skills - Leadership

I was trusted to lead 32 fellow students to work on the project, which is the biggest group I have ever worked in. Three sub-teams were divided to undertake different responsibilities: social media management, content development, and content production. All article, photo, videos used in the magazine were produced ourselves.

Creative and Technical skills

I was mainly in charge with producing video, designing visual identity for the magazine on both digital blog, social media platforms and printed matter, including logo, magazine layout, advertising materials. Therefore, I would describe myself as well-versed with editing softwares: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
